How do I become a drama/theatre teacher?

I live in Canada, and my dream school is UVIC (university of victoria). They offer multiple theatre courses, and multiple education courses. Would I be able to become a high/middle school drama teacher if I major in Applied theatre and minor in general education? Or is there something else I should do? Thanks in advance for your answers :)

Yes, there is most definitely something else you should do: talk to whoever specialises in careers advice at your current school, to your drama teacher (if you have one), contact UVIC and see if anyone there can help.

In other words go to people who are likely to know.
