outboard motor size?

will this 5hp long shaft motor be OK for this 6 meter river boat?

I don't plat on taking it out to sea, just for on the river.

I doubt it. Wind and river currents will send it backwards. OK on a placid lake. But I would opt for 15 - 20 hp for peace of mind.
