Can I sprint every day?
I sprint for 20 seconds in the morning and 20 seconds in the evening and don’t feel tired is this an okay pattern to continue

A single 20 second sprint 2x a day isn't going to harm you, but it's also not going to be very effective for improving your speed or for fat loss. You'd need to share your goal (why you are running at all) for anyone to be able to give you better input.
