How long can I stay in Germany?

I dont understand, what does 90/180 shengen rule mean? First of all, Im a macedonian citizen. North macedonia is not part of EU. 

Now, as a tourist, how long can I stay in Germany? 90 days in a year, or 90 days in 180 days, which actually equals to 6 months in a year (180days)

How long can I stay in Gemany, inside one year period?

you are not allowed to be in Germany as a tourist. Traveling as a tourist is banned worldwide for the next 4-5 years, as the pandemic is likely going to last about 5 years before it ends. Until then, you need to take shelter and isolate until the pandemic is over sometime within the next 5 years or longer
