Wasn't Trump expecting lawsuits to be dismissed?

He just files appeals and they move to higher courts. In the meantime, gathering evidence that can be submitted as new discovery.

    You can file an appeal but once an appeal gets rejected it's very hard to get them to reconsider the case without new evidence Trump has about a month and a half to gather some hardcore evidence to convince a court and I don't think he's going to be able to do it.

    ...Where ultimately it will get thrown out as hearsay about hearsay. Remember “hearsay”? Conservatives hate hearsay unless it’s about Dems. I love American conservative “ethics”. (Cough cough)

    It is a way to raise money to pay campaign debts.  Fleecing his supporters yet again.  He already knows they are easy marks.
