It is definitely NOT FLAT.  Once a Body reaches a certain MASS, Gravity takes over and shapes it ROUND.   Quite Impossible for Earth to be Flat.

Neither, the world is a sphere.  Flat and round are 2-dimensional, the Earth is 3-dimensional.
