How should America deal with it's fascist problem?

    Well, exactly how we are. We really turned a huge corner in dealing with it on November 3. Granted, it is not going quietly into that good night, but into that good night it is going nevertheless.

    America doesn't have a fascist problem.  Only the United States does.  It's just one country of the 35 countries & 20 principalities found on the huge land mass & related islands that is America.  The U.S. could help itself a great deal by making an amendment to its constitution & bill of rights to add a section similar to the S. 1 of Canada's Charter of Rights & Freedoms.  

    This would clearly specify that NO right or freedom is absolute.  Rather, that all are subject to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as
