What do you think of people who nearly cause an accident then flips you off if you honk at them?

I live in a State where a LOT of people open carry weapons.  I don't "honk" at anyone.

To be nearly in an accident TAKES 2 CARS. So you are half the problem. .  

. They know and what you saw as a bird was a "Yeah, yeah; I know I messed up. Sorry. Don't rub it in." acknowledgement.

. You can't change the past and what has occurred, only future events from actually being a crash of death. 

You will recognize a similar situation the NEXT TIME and avoid it (defensive driving)
