what are red bumps on my penis?

i noticed red bumps on my penis is this acne or a disease it hurts when i masturbate too

    seems like you have an STD, please go to the doctors before it gets worse.

    It could be herpes. It could be a yeast infection. It could be gonorrhea. It could be trichomonas. Lots of things it "could" be. You will need to go see a doctor to find out exactly what it is.
