How strong in your opinion are 70 mph wind gusts?

Thats what we're supposed to get on Friday, how much damage could they do?

Update:

I live on the Oregon coast

    Winds of 70MPH can:

    - Knock down trees

    - Rip shingles off of roofs

    - Take down power lines

    - Knock a person over if they are in exposed areas

    - Erosion to shorelines

    - Toss around any outside furniture

    - Possibly flip over a car
