In a table the resistance values are as follows:     R/10*3 ohm 1) 9.4 2) 5.9 does this mean the R values equals 0.00094 and so on?

    No. I expect that table has (or should have) R/10^3. It means that the R value, divided by 1000 ohms, is 9.4. Therefore, R= 9400 ohms.
