If you are under 2 years old, yes. However, you can't ride alone at that age, and the adult with you has to wear a mask.

No, you don't. Public transit systems have the right to impose reasonable laws to protect public health. You've probably been taught that individual rights are more important than anything, but GROUPS have rights also, like the right to ride on safe public transportation. You can't smoke on MUNI either, for the same reason.

So your options are to mask up or find another way to travel.
