Anyone have a brownie recipe for not-too-moist brownies?

I've tried a sevetal brownie recipes, but my husband always complains they're not cooked enough, even if I bake them for an extra 20 minutes. He thinks a moist brownie is undercooked one. So, anyone have a good solution?

Thanks!

Try adding a 1/2 tsp. baking powder.

Ask his mother for the recipe she uses. That's what he's used to.

Make him cake and call it brownies, he obviously doesn't understand what brownies are.
