Does covid give you severe diarrhea?
I might have went to the bathroom at least 12 times since yesterday at 8pm...getting kind of worried.

Some people who test positive for COVID-19 have diarrhea. Many do not. Many people who do not have COVID-19 get diarrhea from food poisoning, IBS, drinking too much alcohol, and other viral and bacterial infections, etc.
If you have NOT been social distancing, wearing a mask, washing your hands properly, and have also spent a fair amount of time with other people who you don't live with, you can certainly find out about getting tested. If you've been doing all the things people are being asked to do, and you have no other symptoms, then you probably don't need to be concerned.
