In the USA, if you go to a Wal-Mart and a staff member cannot speak English, do you ask to speak to a manager or do you grin and bear it?

This could be any of the stores in the USA, which I believe have names like Target, K-mart, Sears, etc.

Y’all full of sh-t. What US Walmart would hire someone who doesn’t speak fluent English?

Most of their employees ignore you anyway. So it isn't a problem for me. If I can't find something I just buy it else where. But I will say the Walmart in Belmont NC is an exception. Helpful friendly employees.

What makes you think the manager will speak English? In my neighborhood a number of the managers speak a little English, but mostly Spanish or Mandarin
