What do you think of Putin approving a 2nd COVID-19 vaccine in Russia?

I read that Putin approved of a 2nd vaccine for Russia after approving of a 1st one in August and Russia is going to approve of a 3rd vaccine in December.

Russia is an independent country.  It can give its citizens the "Rusky serum 185BGK" if it wants to, that has no effect anywhere else in the world.  Someone has to be the guinea pig.  Maybe it will work, maybe not.
