The one where when you grow up youre not a little snowflake and are responsible for what you see in the mirror. The one where there are consequences for your actions. The one where if you aren't winning, you're losing.

Systemic racism is a perfect way of blaming external influences for cultural problems.  Broken families can't be the problem.  Apathy toward education can't possibly be the problem.  Yes, it must be racism.

It’s all the ways whites decide to discriminate against black people.

The American political and economic system is what is meant by 'systematic racism'. This is saying that racism is all pervasive-- running through ever operation of business and social existance.

Just giving a definition. I don't necessarily agree, with the statement

During Jim Crow,, the systemic racism was almost a twisted form of patriotism where everyone had to their part to make sure Blacks didn't get a fair shake or resigned themselves to the fact that Blacks wouldn't get a fair shake so there was no point of them to provide one.

That ignorance is long gone, but the Black activists desperately want to delude themselves it's still here.

You cannot make me believe there is such a thing as systemic racism as long as smart little Black children get beat up for "acting white" because they answer questions in class at school.  And also as long as the teachers unions refuse to let the brightest Black children use their education funding to go to decent private schools.

might want to take a look at Joe Biden's legislative record.....

for example, remember how Trump's rental policies back in the '70s and '80s are often used as "proof" of HIS "racism?"

guess what? Those policies were common among most democratic multi-millionaires in NYC at the time....and every other big democratic city.... because guys like Biden (who represented one of the most stratified states in the Union) created and upheld numerous bills that allowed such things to happen....

Affirmative action is a form of systematic racism, bit it’s for blacks, not against.
