Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

Today I woke up without energy to got up so I stayed on bed for a time a more.

Today I woke up without the strength to get up and stayed in bed for a while longer.

    The second is fine as written. The first has errors (got should be get), (on should be in), (for a time a more should be longer or for a while).

    They need some work.

    The first one could say:

    Today I woke up with no energy so I stayed in bed for a while longer.

    The second one could say:

    Today I didn't have the strength to get out of bed so I laid there a while longer.
