GOOD DESIGNED LED BULB ABLE TO LAST 20 YEARS CONTINUAL LIGHTING. BAD DESIGN CHEAP MADE LED BULB LASTS BETWEEN DAYS AND MONTHS EITHER IT GOES DEAD OR DIMMER AND DIMMER.

Very long as long as you do not exceed the specs of the LED.

keeping voltage constant is NOT the way to do that and get consistent light from the LED, as they are current devices. Applying a fixed voltage means that current varies widely from unit to unit and with time and temperature, and thus power dissipated and light output varies also. Too high a power dissipation and life is reduced.

Leds are best driven with a constant current.

Note that I'm assuming this is about a LED itself, not a LED with driver  electronics included in the package.  In that case, constant voltage is what is required, but read the specifications on the device.

The LED bulb has a long life expectancy rate. The estimated life of a LED bulb is up to fifty thousand hours. When an LED bulb is used for 12 hours/ day, a fifty thousand bulb will serve more than eleven years.
