How do I get over my emotional distress of the loneliness and depression this coronavirus has brought on me?

I have not been able to see any friends this year and very few family and thus I feel so alone. It will be this way for at least another year I anticipate. I especially feel loneliness and sorrow with the holiday season coming up. How do I get over the sorrow as it feels like someone close to me has died with me having lost everybody close to me.

    Get some sunshine.

    Literally has vitamin D, which helps battle depression.

    If your state is still on lockdown then their should be an exemption for exercising like walking.
