Why am I so tired?

The last 2 weeks or so, I've been extremely tired. I didn't stay out super late or get up very early one morning. I have no idea where this is from. I've been going to bed earlier and trying to sleep as late as possible to remedy this, but I'm still exhausted. What could the issue be?

    iron anemia is fairly common.

    depression is another major cause.

    Tiredness is often a lack of iron in the diet. So start eating these items on the list.

    Good sources of iron include:

    liver (but avoid this during pregnancy)

    red meat.

    beans, such as red kidney beans, edamame beans and chickpeas.

    nuts.

    dried fruit – such as dried apricots.

    fortified breakfast cereals.

    soy bean flour.

    If you don't feel better after a month of this diet see your doctor as hormone shortages can also be the cause.
