Are funny car drivers breathing Nitrox during a run?

I do not mean to be pedantic here at all, I like drag racing. However, I used to dive and dive shops will ask for your PADI card before you get a fill. Do funny car folks get their Nitrox or air from a dive shop, or elsewhere?

Are they using firefighter gear, aircraft gear or SCUBA gear?

I am not inclined towards "political correctness" myself, but it obvious that drag racing is diverse in a very positive way.

I used to follow F1 religiously, but I moved to the west coast and cannot watch races in the middle of the night. I went from F1 to NHRA fandom "overnight".

Maybe only a little...the exhaust is outside the body so once they set it down most of it goes outside the car.
