why cant I delete my own file on windows 10 ?

So i tried to install a windows store game through a second account in hopes that id be able to open it using my main account but it did not so I deleted that second account. The game is taking up 70gb + of my HDD space, and my main account has FULL ACCESS to it, but when I delete it, it says that my main account needs to grand permission even though I just did. Any help with this ?

You might try booting to safe mode and then delete it.
