Making liposomal vitamin c without alcohol?

I spend so much money on purchasing expensive liposomal vitamin c and I noticed how I would save a lot of money if I just learn how to make it myself. I want to make it without alcohol and I heard this is the best recipe to make ( The recipe calls for 477.6 g water, 114.8 g 98% ethyl alcohol, 160.5 g vitamin C, and 197.1 g lecithin. What should the new measurements be if I want to make it without alcohol?

114.8 gram of water in place of ethyl alcohol or just leave out the alcohol conversion and see if it is palatable with just the original quantity of water - you aren't going to find 98% ethyl for sale 194 proof is almost unattainable and certainly not cost effective.
