Can't mail-in ballots be hand delivered?

In fact, under new rules, any piece of paper found in the state before the result has to be announced will count as a Biden vote unless it can be shown that it really is a totally pristine vote for President Trump.

Depends. Where are you? In Democrat area's, yes. In Republican, no. The Supreme Court ruled that mailed ballots have until November 20. Kinda' makes Libby fears unwarranted, doesn't it?

Here in Florida if your ballot is postmarked on Election Day it will not count. It must be received before polls close.

If they arrive in the state's acceptance window, then yes.  Most election departments don't make voter suppression their primary goal.  In fact in many states, if a ballot arrives early with some problem, the dept will try to contact the voter and resolve the problem.  Imagine that - they work to REMOVE obstacles to voting!

Any ballots not received by 11-3 should not be counted.  It's no different then noting making it to you voting place before they close and is 100% your fault for not mailing your ballot in time.

    End of discussion.

No. They will have to be postmarked on or before ELECTION DAY....Like that`s going to work.
