For a while now, my gut feeling is that we are heading into a severe recession/depression.  My gut feelings are usually right, but not always.  Just have to wait and see.  The Fed has such a tight grip on everything financial that it`s become hard to accurately predict anything.  I shifted some of my money into real assets that can be sold if severe inflation looks like it has arrived.  Real assets are real estate, antiques, the precious metals, art, rare coins, etc.  Good luck to us all.  We`re probably going to need a lot of it in the near future.

It will bounce, just like after every presidential election.

Judging on what happened today? It will TANK-despite the outcome. Get your STOPS in place.

It's jittery now, and totally unpredictable. It never reflected the true economics of typical Americans.

Could not tell you. But I'd wager heavily it will be higher in 10 years.
