Since nearly all illegal immigrants have been vaccinated, the lack of proof makes relatively little difference to me.  Vaccination rates in Latin America are much higher than in the U.S.

The greater concern is how to feed the legal immigrants without the illegal immigrants.  We cannot have only legal immigrants, because we have no way to produce enough food to feed the legal immigrants (or ourselves) without the illegal immigrants.

Immigrants are welcome when they have a visa to migrate, no illegals accepted under any circumstances

Zero tolerance for visa/immigration law violators - vaccinated or not.

Considering most illegals come from Central America, they have a higher rate of vaccination than US citizens do

Mmm. Tough one. I'll need some time to think the options through.
