    NO!!!! 

    Pakistan is a separate sovereign nation.  The principal language is Urdu

    Iran is the modern name for Persia. The language is Farsi 

    They do have a common border.

    People in the west of Pakistan speak Beluchi which is related to Persian, but the country that has the most connection to Persia is Afghanistan.

    ps, the modern Persian language is called Farsi.

    It is not, since Persian or Iran was an old Empire of the world around 2500 years , while Pakistan is a new born country after partition of the Indian Continent ,post to the Second world war. Iran speak Persian while Pakistan speak Urdu and Hindi.
