You cannot buy shares unless someone else want to sell theirs.

You can Buy shares from another person its like selling a car or land. issue with this is the brokers will charge a Transaction/transfer fee. It may be better to rent or gift and lump some amount of shares and risk the stocks crashing or inflating after settlement.

You can buy my share of an apple.  $5.  Does that suit you?  Your question makes no sense whatsoever.

Do not buy anyone's shares directly.  Use a broker or buy from the company direct.  They need a record of the transaction for tax purposes.

FWIW, you don't know if they are even real or have already been cashed in.
