What variable costs do travel agencies usually have?

I have a deadline for a pricing strategy and I tried finding something I could possibly reference, but after all that, I find myself lost.

Update:

Edit: My prof also asked me to calculate the break-even point (BEP) in terms of sales or units sold. Would anyone know how to do that?

many staffing costs are variable ... more work requires more time to complete it ... and if employees are paid partly on commission, the commissions are a variable cost, too.  supplies may be partly variable ... more work requires printing more forms, etc.
