The account manager working with your best client has resigned due to a serious illness, and you’re going to have to replace her with someone new. This client has been difficult to work with, and you’re very nervous about changing account managers so suddenly.     You find the best account manager in your area and make him/her a very generous offer. Or, if it is your company, YOUR  work with the client until you can get someone to take care of the account.

    Ah, homework time.

    By the time you copied that question, posted it and are now waiting for a response that is probably given by a person younger than you and just as lazy, you would have found the correct answer in your text book or study materials
