Which political party would favor a new voting system where not all citizens have a right  to vote replacing it with money being the guide?

For example, you get registered as a voter each year depending on whether you earned more than $100,000 the previous year. If you did, you get a card so you can vote in any election held that year.

I bet less than 10% of yahoo answer users know that there is NOT a constitutional right to vote for president

the constitution gives states the right to have electors vote for president

you can vote, only because your state gave you the right to vote

Nobody is going to do that, and laws have been made against vote suppression, so it would get thrown out.

    Democracy,

Defined as 2 wolves and one sheep voting on what’s for dinner. Trust me, if you make enough people dépendant on the government, the person with the most free stuff wins.

None of them do, although it would benefit Democrats the most.

That would be something a Republican would be more likely to favor than a Democrat. Republicans are all about enacting restrictions on peoples' right to vote.
