How to get the scale to move down? ?
I am staying around 1200 calories a day and exercising. (Floor exercise w and w/o weights and 4 mile walks each day). I have lost 30# since February. Do I need to eat less, exercise more or less, eat more protein or any other ideas? I am female, over 65 and about 5 pounds overweight according to the BMI scale. I am stuck at that weight now though. Any suggestions are appreciated. TIA
By the way, I am well over 65.
