Do you write "power quotes" before writing a speech?
What I mean is, when writing a speech, do you think of powerful statements(that are quotable) before writing, or do you just write and hope it comes throughout the writing process; or do you add them in after writing the speech. I think it's good to have 3-4 "power quotes" that people will remember and quote in every speech. I tend to think of them during the outline process.
