If Trump wins the electoral college, should Biden concede? ?

Both Biden and Trump should concede if there is a clear electoral college winner on election night.  The problem; a number of states aren't even allowed to start counting mail in ballots until the day of the election, so we will have some waiting to do.  And that will sow the seeds of doubt for whichever side loses...

Yes, because it is the electoral college results that determine the winner.

Biden will have to concede. Democrats knew they were going to lose from the start. Their plan was to contest the 2020 presidential election after their loss and take it to the Supreme Court and steal the 2020 presidential election through their wielding manipulation, all of a sudden with fraudulent "found and missing" ballots. These slime ball liberals were not counting on Ginsburg dying before the election, which is why they are trying EVERYTHING possible to try and stop Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation to the US Supreme Court. Period!

He should. But I keep watching Democrats play for the lowest common denominator. He's a bigger man if he does.

Whoever loses in the electoral college won't have much choice.
