How can I tell if someone has a history of being investigated by CPS?

    Those records are not available to the general public in my State.

    You cannot in the U.K.

    In my state (I know where I live, but I don't know where you live) you cannot obtain a history of investigation, but there is a registry of persons with "founded" determinations of abuse or neglect as a result of investigations.
