flying from L.A. to Manila on a Philippine Airlines Airbus A340...?

what are the chances of survival considering the unsafety issues of that aircraft??

    So long as it's not a MAX 8, you're chances are at least as good as average.

    You should worry more on the weather, skill of the flight crew, and the government police tactics than the survivability of the aircraft.

    You’re obsessed with posting all these stupid Airbus safety questions. 

    Others may decide that you’re a troll, but that’s their choice. I wouldn’t call you that as it breaches Y!A rules.

    In all practical terms, Airbus are as safe as Boeing and vice-versa. Even with manufacturers with poor safety records like Sukhoi and Tupolev, you’re vastly more likely to die in accidents on the way to or from the airports.
