How can I treat eyebrow dandruff? Please help ?

I’m a 25 year old guy and I have thick light eyebrows. Over the past two years I noticed my eyebrows tend to get filled with white flakes, and some get stuck to the skin behind my eyebrows. I have a bad habit of picking at them and it leaves my eyebrows red and my skin bloody/irritated.

I just bought a bottle of Head & Shoulders shampoo and I’m going to start rubbing it in my eyebrows when I shower. Will that help get rid of the dandruff and flakes? What are some other ways to treat eyebrow dandruff?

I’d appreciate any advice and methods! Thank you :-)
