Does your us citizen  spouse have to accompany you to your interview if you applied for naturalization under the 3 year rule?

This is not the same as removal of conditions, where you must prove your marriage continues, and your spouse must support the application. For the naturalization interview, you appear alone for the interview itself. It would be wise, however, for both you & your spouse to arrive for the appointment although your spouse will wait outside the actual interview room. Show your marriage continues to be solid, you support each other.

    No.

It may have a positive psychological effect if your spouse waits with you for your interview, but he or she cannot come with you into the room, so it's really not a big deal either way.

For a marriage based application under the 3 year rule your spouse accompanies you.  Be prepared to provide the interviewing officer with evidence that you are living together as husband and wife and are not trying to evade immigration laws.
