How to stop snacking in the day?
On Monday-Friday when I'm out at work I feel like I end up buying uneccesary food for the sake of it, or eat too many sweet things - like 3 or 4 bisuity/chocolatey/cakey things a day. How can I snack better?
I usually walk to work and buy something just before work - a frijj milkshake, a doughnut, a muffin or a cookie etc only because these things are the easiest things to grab to fill me for the mornin. But I wish the shops sold me something that I could have in the morning that isnt really sugary or too expensive. What could i get?
I'm not obese. My figure is ok. But obvs just don't wanna head in that direction tho.

You have to use will power to not eat any sweet/poor quality food. If you are overweight, obese or morbidly obese, then that should motivate you to lose weight.
