Survey for women with heavy flow .?

How many days does your period last ?

How many days of your period do you feel like are really heavy?

What product do you use during day ? (Brand, size, ultra thin or maxi )

What product do you use at at night ?

Are you ever paranoid about feeling like people know that you’re wearing feminine products ?

Do you feel paranoid about changing in public stalls ?

Are you less likely to go out and do stuff when your on your period that you would normally do ?

Or do you go about your normal life even though your on your period?

That's a lot of really personal information to ask for.

    I recommend

These work for me on heavy flow days. Usually change it out once every hour or longer. Sometimes sooner if I feel that I need to.

You might try period panties made with leak resistant fabrics. Here are some brands with websites selling a variety of styles:

At least they ought to make for good back up to a pad or other product.

There are over 7billion people on earth. A little less than half are female. Of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors, and creeds. That's lots of ladies. Almost half the planets population of humans will experience menstruation at some point. Even most of the humans that don't have periods, are pretty well surrounded by people that do. Relatives, coworkers, romantic partners, strangers in the grocery store...periods are everywhere.

Most people know periods exist. Thank health class, or everyone's mom. Honestly, it's kind of hard to keep it a secret from *everyone* until menopause.

Kinda like everyone poops, we just don't talk about it all the time. It doesn't have to be a secret, or the focal point of your life. You don't have to hide it. You don't have to flaunt it.

Personally, depending if my period hits really hard ....then yeah, I may prefer to stay home more. Especially prefer to avoid doing lots of exercise during my period.
