What is a philosophical belief? ?

    At first, a belief was that which was beloved, held dear.  The meaning now secondarily includes any emotion, often a strong emotion.

    Philosophical beliefs are more likely to = self-evident axioms, and it is rare for them to be strongly emo (Overman grade).
