In Christianity, is it correct that diseases are not made by God, they are because of sin?

According to the Bible, disease exists because a talking snake tricked a rib-woman.

This is a hard one to accept. God created everything, good and bad. We are the ones that place the value of good or bad according to how we are affected.

Many times something bad will happen and end up giving a good result that wouldn't have happened otherwise.

There is only one sin   and that is our lack of connection to each other. The inability/unwillingness to connect, above our differences, has been the cause of all suffering and wars.

Covid has shown us that all humanity has been affected. We were stopped in our tracks to think about how we have not been integrated and connected as we should. Covid and more natural blows will continue to afflict us until be choose to connect.

If God created disease why pray for him to heal you?

Jesus said he came to do his Father’s will, and what was he doing? Healing... all the time... healing.

He would have been going against his Father’s will if God wanted us sick.

Ten Christians will give you ten different answers, and each will be certain that he is correct. That's how the religion works. They all think they know the mind of God perfectly, and God's views always match their own.
