If the Covid deaths number goes up to 500,000 that is about 0.17 of 1% of America, why should we keep the economy closed down? ?

Here in Britain it's been proved that locking down only worked temporarily and yet the government still want to wreck the economy with further lockdowns. It is a low percentage in the US too, it is a huge country so there are bound to be more deaths than most places but when you look at the percentage it is low and comparable to the rest. Lockdowns do not work except for a short time, they say the vaccine won't be with us for a while, so only the elderly or vulnerable should stay in and then the virus will get tired on it's own.

With about 4,000,000 babies born each year i the US, it's a net negative.

Most of the US does not have the economy shut down - California & NY are leading the pack on keeping the economy shut and waiting for their federal bailout.

Because if we don't, then it will go up much higher.

And even 500,000 is a lot.

Because no matter what, Trump must go. That's their thought process.

It's really sad the direction our country is going. Maybe things will get more rational after the election?  I mean beyond the increased number of riots should trump pull out the upset. (Hopefully short lived)

But, feel free to riot, you are exempt from covid as long as you are rioting or looting. SMH

Half a million dead Americans even with it closed down and you wonder why we should keep it closed down? Exactly how stupid are you?
