Delicate Arch is a widely recognized natural arch. It is (made / built) of sandstone.

Built means that it was created by someone or something. Natural arches are not built, although sometimes we anthropomorphize the process and call it "Built" even when it is a natural process The composition of the arch is sandstone, and we can say "Made of" sandstone to mean "its composition is sandstone".
You can sometimes say "Made from" whatever it is composed of, but usually that refers to manufactured objects (and the "from" stuff is the feed material (gasoline is made from crude oil). Wallboard is usually made from gypsum and a few other things, so the wallboard in your house now is made of (composed of) gypsum and a few other things..
You can also use "made from" to mean the process that did the making. That arch was made from the erosion of the sandstone. It is made of the sandstone which did not erode away. Erosion made the arch, so the arch was made from (or by) erosion.

Neither. If something is 'natural' it is not built or made.

"Delicate Arch is a widely recognized natural sandstone arch."
You could probably also drop the word "natural" because it would be odd to find an artificial sandstone arch.
