cabin attendant?
Is 'cabin attendant' (meant to mean 'flight attendant') pseudo-English coined in Japan? Do you use it in your country or can you understand its meaning easily?

I have heard it and yes in Canada. Other variants are used as well, like cabin crew, flight attendants, flight personnel, and so on.

Nope. Can't say it is used here in Canada. People would slip the old non politically correct term "stewardess" in before ever coming up with cabin attendant.
