How can i get over it?
When i was young, i was sexually abused, and now i'm a teenager. However, when i have trouble sleeping at night, i think of it, and how i could have done anything different to stop it from happening to me. I have tried writing about it, but the feelings just keep coming back. It hasn't affected me too much, maybe because i was like 5, but i hate to think about it. How can i stop?

If you suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, it's very important that you see a therapist for this, preferably one who specializes in PTSD.
Some therapists have begun working on the phone. You can call your doctor and ask about this.
Legally, a therapist can work over the phone with anybody in the same state. Some insurance companies cover phone therapy. You can use the Psychology Today Find a Therapist feature to get a list of therapists in your state, find out who’s working by phone, and what kinds of problems they specialize in.
A psychologist says that some symptoms of PTSD respond to self-help. For example there's a very good remedy for nightmares. Things that help include therapeutic breathing and journaling.
