What part of the U.S. Constitution requires the government to quell violent social unrest?

Update:

Christian:  I'm not a BLM follower.

    Actually it's covered in the Preamble;

    Insure domestic Tranquility!

    FYI The Preamble of the Constitution is the MOST important part of the Constitution. A part conservatives want us to ignore. From my understanding the Founding Fathers wrote it to proclaim to the world what they aspired our nation to become!

    Simply consider the full meanings of the full preamble.

    Well, there is Freedom of Assembly.

    Freedom of peaceful assembly, sometimes used interchangeably with the freedom of association, is the individual right or ability of people to come together and collectively express, promote, pursue, and defend their collective or shared ideas.

    If it's not peaceful, reasonable people would surmise that it is something needing to be corrected. Is that you BLM? Are you sort of getting out and stretching your intellectual wings, uncharacteristically?
