No president in history refused to relinquish power when any avenue of contesting has been exhausted. It's a natural order of progression no one dared to install as questionable until this nutcase trump became president. Trump's signature move of chaos reflects the insecurity of a desperate man.

Yes.  Once Biden is sworn in as president, Trump will officially be trespassing in the White House.

Per the Constitution it's automatic because Trump's position as President has an expiration date  BOOM done over

depends on the circumstances .. the way i see it what dems are trying to do is create uncertainty with their mass mailin voting scheme so they can stretch it out for weeks past the date and claim trump needs to be removed by force .. thats an illegal and treasonous coup attempt ..

Trump doesn't have the ability to refuse. The transfer of power from one president to the next doesn't require the consent of the current president.

Biden would simply take office on January 20, 2021. Trump doesn't have to leave but the janitors will turn off the lights when they go.

I suppose it is illegal. But he still has to go.

Yes.   Pretty sure the law is clear that any President gets two terms and not a day more.
