Is it worth pursuing an MBA if I already have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science?

It depends on where you want to go with your career.  If you intend to specialize in a CS career, an MBA is not necessary.  If you intend to move into other areas of the company, however, an MBA can be important.

On a side note, the "you have to go to a top 10 business school," statement is false.  If that were true, only a few thousand MBAs (at most) would be hired nationwide each year.

I have a BSc in CS from a top ranked university and did an Masters to specialise.  If you do not want to go into a specialist CS field then an MBA is a good alternative but you do need to attend a top 10 business school and do the right internships if you want to get onto a management track.   There are a lot of second rate MBAs out there which are a long walk down a short pier.

Depends on what you want to do. And how well you are doing in your career.

Are you happy in CS?  Do you feel that you can be promoted into the business management ranks if that's what you want?

Or do you feel that you are lacking certain knowledge and skills to get where you want to go?

Only you can decide, based on what you are hoping to accomplish in your career.
